As a real estate broker since 1973, Joseph Vaine has performed commercial appraisals for individuals as well as corporations. During this time, he has performed appraisals of income and industrial properties for major insurance companies and banks. Joseph Vaine also has represented major banks, insurance companies and developers before local government property appraisers in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina in ad valorem protests.
From 1986 to 1996, Joseph Vaine served as Vice-Chairman of the Duval County Housing and Finance Authority.
